KNH Construction, LLC has been in the framing industry for more than twenty years with thousands of builds. Through humility and a desire to serve the needs of our builders, we offer an experience and service that goes beyond nailing sticks together. We aim to develop in our builders a trust that when we are on the job site we make problems and friction disappear. Our KNH crews are problem solvers and a value add on any project, big or small.
Over the years we have worked for hundreds of different builders and have participated in thousands of projects. From building small pasture sheds to multi-million dollar apartment complexes and everything in between, KNH has experienced what the construction world has to offer... and we are hungry for more.
Kevin Northcutt
Owner Operator:
Born and raised in Bluff Dale, TX, Kevin is a lifer here in Erath County. Kevin grew up on a small dairy along with his three brothers and one sister. He began framing on his brother's crew at age 14 and went out on his own at age 22.
With over 20 years construction experience and thousands of projects under his belt, Kevin has become a construction staple in Stephenville with KNH Construction. Builders and homeowner alike know that Kevin delivers and will see a project through until the very end.
Tommy Woods
Project Manager:
Tommy has been with KNH for 15 years and is the guy who keeps the show running. Part time crew leader, timber specialist, heavy equipment mechanic, structural engineer, and job site comedian... Tommy does it all.
On the daily Tommy can be seen across multiple sites ensuring quality and answering questions.
Stephanie Turner
Controller:
The queen who keeps us all in line and makes sure checks clear on Friday. Stephanie runs our office and handles all invoicing and payments.
She's typically two steps ahead of the rest of us and we're happy she is on our team.
Hunter Whaley
Project Superintendent:
Hunter has been working for KNH for over 5+ years now. After a four year stint learning and working under Tommy and a brief detour to Florida, we got him back as our framing super for large scale projects.
Hunter is a newlywed and is finishing his degree at Tarleton State. He loves hunting, fishing, and weekend trips with friends.
Andrés Betancur
Estimator:
On the team for two years now, Andrés is everywhere and nowhere. He can be found in the office working on bids, at the lumber yard picking up material lists, on sites taking photos and videos, and running all kinds of errands to help keep the crews moving forward.
