Scopes of Work
Residential
KNH Construction frames the full spectrum of residential type projects. From small budget builder spec homes to high-end luxury residences with integrated timber beams, barrel ceilings, custom timber trusses, and more. While we mostly work for builders and GCs, we are also happy to work directly for homeowners attempting to GC their own projects.
Along with framing for most projects we also handle all decking, sheathing, water proofing, cornice, and siding. We show up to flat slabs and leave projects fully erected and water-tight.
Commercial
KNH is a professional framing company capable of handling your needs. To date (Dec '24) we have completed several thousand units of apartments, dozens of hotels, and hundreds of townhomes and duplexes. We strive to serve GCs, project managers, and superintendents well and believe that success is found when everyone is able to win together. Smooth framing on a commercial project creates positive momentum for the entire build and helps to keep budgets and timelines intact.
Specialty Timber Work
Integrated timber beam work and reclaimed lumber throughout a home has the ability to elevate the aesthetic and feel for homeowners and guests. We are more than confident in our ability to handle the most intricate details and ornate demands that homeowners, designers, and architects might desire.

Metal Studs
Beginning in 2024 KNH Construction entered into the metal stud framing space. Along with metal studs we are capable of handling your commercial drywall and drop ceiling needs. Our crews are capable and our team will help you hit your deadlines and keep your schedule timeframe.
